How fast do I get the first look?
PFPs and single thumbnails: 24–48 hours. Packs and kits: three to seven days. We date the queue when you brief.
Do you draw real faces?
Faceless is the house style — hoods, visors, geometry, mascots. If you want your face in a thumbnail we can composite it from a still you send.
What files do I receive?
PNG and JPG as standard. SVG for marks. Transparent versions for overlays and round PFPs. No watermarks.
Revisions?
Until it lands. We would rather spend the extra pass than ship something you tolerate.
How does payment work?
Add to cart, then pay at Shopify Checkout. Orders, payouts, and refunds live in your Shopify admin — same as any other Shopify store.
Can I use it on every platform?
Yes. One mark, every profile. YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Fiverr, Discord, Twitch, Free Fire, PUBG lobbies.
What is a motion logo?
A custom animated mark — usually 6 to 15 seconds — delivered as MP4, GIF, and a still. It takes real desk time, so it is $60 and typically 5–7 days.
